Steve Novotny, the team leader, attributes his work ethic to his parents, who instilled in him the values of hard work and dedication from a young age. “Hard work and effort have always caught my attention,” he shares. “From when I was young till now, the similar work ethic of my parents inspired me. Whether it was my mom staying up late for ER patients at Kootenai Health or my dad teaching us to cut firewood on the same day he ran CT scans and X-rays for patients at the same hospital, ‘giving your all’ became being an adult.”
Steve found his passion for the mortgage industry while in college and is celebrating his 14th year in the business. Over the past decade, his team has helped thousands of families with their home financing needs. Luann, a mortgage consultant with more than 11 years in the industry, is the engine that drives the team’s smooth and fast closings. She has been with the team for seven-plus years, ensuring that loans are processed efficiently from start to finish.
